Vinyasa is a breath initiated practice, that connects every action of our life with the intention of moving towards what is sacred, or most important to us. On the other hand, Yin is the feminine, dark, passive, receptive, reflective, withdrawn, cool, introspective aspects of life — It’s all about letting go.

 

 

This practice starts with a dynamic flow to generate heat, fluidity, and strength, then slows down into longer, more restorative holds to release tension, quiet the mind and transition into a more meditative state.
